Cancellation Policy

At Nyra, every order is processed with care to ensure timely production and delivery. As many of our products are made-to-order or prepared specifically for each customer, we maintain the following cancellation policy.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not entered processing or production.
  • Once an order has been processed, prepared, stitched, packed, or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
  • Customized, altered, stitched, or made-to-measure orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances once the order has been confirmed.

Cancellation Requests

To request an order cancellation, please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible with your order number.

Cancellation requests are subject to verification and approval. Submission of a request does not guarantee that the order can be canceled.

Refund for Approved Cancellations

If a cancellation request is approved before processing begins:

  • Any eligible refund will be issued using the original payment method.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
