No Refund Policy

All purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Size Selection Responsibility

Customers are requested to carefully review the size chart before placing an order.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders placed in the wrong size selected by the customer.

For custom-size or stitched orders, measurements provided by the customer will be considered final, and the brand will not be responsible for fitting issues caused by incorrect measurements.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are only applicable in the following cases:

  • Item received is damaged
  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Manufacturing defect

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.

Retail Store Exchange Policy

Products purchased online cannot be exchanged or returned at our retail locations.
All exchange requests must be processed through our official online customer support channels.

Please note that slight variations in color, embroidery, embellishments, or fabric texture may occur due to lighting, photography, or handcrafted detailing. These are not considered defects.

  • Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Customized, altered, or made-to-measure orders cannot be exchanged or refunded.
