Order Confirmation & Payment

  • A 50% advance payment is required to confirm and process all Formal Wear orders.
  • 100% advance payment is required for all Ready-to-Wear orders.
  • Orders will only be processed after the required payment has been successfully received.
  • The remaining balance (where applicable) must be paid before the order is dispatched or delivered.

Final Sale

  • All sales are final.
  • Advance payments made for Formal Wear, Bridal Wear, Ready-to-Wear, or customized orders are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Order Changes

  • Any request to modify the design, color, size, measurements, or other order details must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • After 24 hours, no changes can be guaranteed as production may have already begun.

Order Cancellation

  • Nyra reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, payment verification issues, product unavailability, or any other valid business reason.
  • If Nyra cancels an order before production begins, any eligible payment received will be refunded.

Shipping

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, courier operations, public holidays, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • International shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, package dimensions, and the weight of the order.
  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Product Information

We make every effort to display product colors, fabrics, and embellishments as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, photography, lighting, handcrafted detailing, and fabric dye lots.

Limitation of Liability

Nyra shall not be held liable for delays, losses, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, natural disasters, government regulations, customs procedures, or other force majeure events.
